What does “development” really mean? First of all, development requires competence, openness and inquisitiveness. Furthermore, the actual driving force “change to improve” is an elemental part of development.
From the start, such attributes have been an integral part of our identity, and they are what essentially characterises us. What then follows is another daring step.
The idea of combining nature’s best products in the form of small successive dishes is not the novel feature. However, the “how” and “what” are the aspects that truly characterise this new step. In it more attention is also placed on some of the treasures of our own neglected cuisine, which is generally referred to as “New German Cuisine”.
