Murder Mystery

“A howl quivers through the forest in the evening tranquillity. The employees of a large famous German bank interrupt their late walk and hurry in the direction from which the shrill cry emanated. They discover a woman’s leg in some bushes. In shock, they run back to their castle hotel where the other colleagues have already begun to interrogate the suspects …” 

Out of armchair perpetrators, crime-heroes are made, and out of a peaceful gathering, a suspenseful detective day. The body parts seem to be made out of plastic. Suspects, witnesses, and culprits are played by actors. The mysterious murder is staged in a way designed to motivate employees, encourage them to form teams, or to express gratitude for services rendered. 

The ‘Detective for a Day’ Arrangement is especially successful as a team building event. Analysing together, setting priorities, exposing the perpetrator — this all promotes team spirit and social skills.
