Simply indulge yourself and your team in a day of sport and fitness in natural surroundings. Experience the marvellous Bergisch landscape from a different point of view. For an optimal start into the day, you and your team will take a quickly-paced mountain bike tour or an exploration trip with the Nordic walking instructor. Following a small refreshment at midday you will have the opportunity to be instructed by a professional trainer in areas such as relaxation training, fitness or nutrition. In conclusion you can relax during a massage in our wellness area and then return to the daily routine with new ideas and renewed strength.
